Our client is a major investment bank-

Sokol Associates is seeking an associate with the following qualifications;

• Currently working for a top law firm
• Minimum 6 years experience in the PE and/or VC, with a focus on fund formation
• Ability to work with business teams internally and externally

Two days will be remote, compensation is incredibly competitive (all-in around $365,000)
