Assistant General Manager Qualifications & Responsibilities:
  • Minimum of 3 years' experience in a high-volume, concept-driven restaurant, ideally one that regularly hosts private events (or equivalent experience).
  • Previous experience in team development, including hiring, training, and performance management, is strongly preferred.
  • Strong passion for and knowledge of Asian and Korean cuisine, beverages, and culture.
  • Collaborate with the General Manager to oversee daily restaurant operations and lead the FOH team.
  • Assist in managing staff, including recruitment, training, and performance evaluations.
  • Help implement and streamline efficient FOH systems and protocols.
  • Lead by example in demonstrating exceptional hospitality, guiding the team to consistently deliver a top-tier guest experience.
