Assistant General Manager Intown Golf Club (IGC) is the premier private social club and lifestyle brand for people that appreciate the game of golf. IGC is currently seeking an Assistant General Manager (AGM) to join the team. The AGM must uphold the core values of IGC, and foster a culture of service excellence. Assistant General Manager Responsibilities:
  • Oversee member and guest experience to ensure that service and quality of product are consistently delivered at a world-class level.
  • Assist General Manager in overseeing the dining room and golf services management teams to ensure the highest level of operation of the club.
  • Assist General Manager in orientation, training, disciplinary action, termination and off-boarding.
  • Ensure all employees are happy, engaged, and provided every opportunity to develop professionally.
Assistant General Manager Qualifications:
  • Minimum of 3 years experience in an Assistant General Manager role at a premier private golf club, hotel, or upscale/fine dining restaurant.
  • Extremely high attention to detail.
  • Proven track record of developing and managing a world-class F&B program.
  • Must exemplify a history of service excellence.
  • Must be extremely personable.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage a P&L.
  • Proven leadership skills.
  • A desire for challenge and a talent for building high-performance teams.
  • As a leader, always displays a professional and positive attitude.
