Job Title: Assistant Grain Superintendent
Job Responsibilities:
- Load and unload trucks and railcars.
- Operate equipment such as forklifts, skid steers, and grain dryers.
- Utilize computerized systems for data processing.
- Perform general maintenance and housekeeping tasks to ensure cleanliness of equipment and facilities.
- Assist operations personnel and supervisors as needed.
Job Requirements:
- Commitment to a zero-injury culture and adherence to safety protocols.
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
- Regular and prompt attendance is essential.
- Ability to meet physical demands, including prolonged standing and sitting, working in confined spaces and at heights, bending, kneeling, climbing, and lifting up to 55 lbs unassisted.
- Availability for weekends and overtime as required.
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently or collaboratively within a team.
- Maintain a professional demeanor and positive attitude at all times.
- Previous computer experience preferred; maintenance experience is a plus.
- Willingness to travel to other locations as needed.
