Club Quarters Application- USAssistant Housekeeping ManagerWe are looking for a dedicated, hands-on Assistant Housekeeping Manager to join our team. As a key member of our housekeeping department, you'll play a vital role in setting the stage for a guest's exceptional stay and in ensuring that our hotel maintains its impeccable standards. ResponsibilitiesOversee Housekeeping Operations: Manage and coordinate daily housekeeping operations, including room cleanings, public area maintenance, team scheduling, and projects.Lead a Team: Direct the Housekeeping Supervisors to ensure efficient and effective performance. Communicate with all department leads daily housekeeping items and goals. Ensure Guest Satisfaction: Prioritize guest comfort and satisfaction by addressing housekeeping issues promptly and efficiently. Inspect guest rooms and public areas regularly to identify and address any concerns. Resolve guest complaints and concerns in timely and professional manner. Team-Player: Collaborate with all team members to ensure smooth operations and provide an exceptional guest experience. Foster effective communication to add to the team culture of service. Operational Excellence: Implement and uphold our high standards of operational efficiency and effectiveness to meet or exceed guest expectations. Contribute to a culture of continuous improvement and innovation to better the guest and employee experience.Manage Budgets: Adhere to housekeeping budgets and maintain inventory of cleaning supplies and equipment. Order as needed to ensure high cleaning standards. Stay Up to Date: Keep abreast of industry trends, regulations and best practices in hotel housekeeping operations. Share your insight and opinions to improve the guest and employee experiences. Responsible to the Housekeeping Manager and to fulfill other related duties as required to support the overall goals of the department. Qualifications
  • Proven experience as an Assistant Housekeeping Manager or Supervisor in the hospitality industry. (minimum of 2-years)
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong leadership and organizational skills.
  • Attention to detail and a passion for delivering an exceptional guest experience.
  • A positive attitude and ability to work effectively to meet deadlines.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
  • Fluent in English - Bilingual candidates (English & Spanish) is a plus.
  • Flexibility in scheduling.
