Assist in the development and implementation of the staffing and hiring process, and maintenance of the locations human resource programs Assist in general management & administration of HR duties Recruits, Interviews, and selects applicants to fill vacant positions Assist in managing EEO logs, applications, new hires, transfers, promotions, terms Ensure employees understand the companys benefits and policies Provide leadership in administering Safety and Worker's Compensation program Provide and execute the training required for employees Assist in maintaining a confidential environment Other duties as required or assigned Qualifications: Excellent communication skills - verbal, listening, written and computer Confidentiality and good judgement Strong organizational skills and ability to meet deadlines Good interpersonal skills- ability to relate to all types of people College Degree and/or 2 to 5 years related experience and/or training in human resource functions...HR Manager, Manager, Assistant, HR, Manufacturing, Administrative
