**Job Description:**

The Assistant Manager of Brand Marketing contributes to the development of customer-first marketing plans and assists in the facilitation of multi-channel execution. This omni-channel role supports both in-store and digital, and is involved with seasonal strategy from concept to deployment. This person will work closely with channel owners to develop impactful program and product support within seasonal activations, execute programs, and report on all relevant initiatives.

**Responsibilities:**

* Responsible for executing brand marketing plans in collaboration with the creative, visual merchandising, public relations, merchants, social, digital, and store communications teams

* Liaise with all channel owners to brief in strategic intent: email, site, performance, store, social

* Maintain marketing calendar to ensure executional alignment across the organization and fully integrated programs across all customer touch points

* Manage project brief development, briefing process, and execution

* Demonstrate strong ownership of projects by independently seeking out data to optimize initiatives and fuel new ideas

* Provide clear and concise communication with both internal and external partners to ensure deliverables and timing are being managed effectively

* Assist in the preparation of program hindsight reports to inform future strategies

* Contributes to managing the integration of the following:

+ Store marketing strategy driving traffic through storytelling and experience; ensuring fullest expression of key initiatives in store

+ Credit Card communication and Loyalty Program ensuring integration into overall planning, and well-crafted celebration points

+ Charitable partnerships and synergistic communication strategy

+ Specialty Sizing stand-alone strategies as well as brand-inclusive focus points

(Petite, Tall, Curvy)

**Requirements:**

* Highly organized, collaborative and detail-oriented

* Flexible growth mindset and enthusiasm for the test-and-learn process

* Team player with demonstrated ability to work effectively on cross-functional teams

* Strong written and verbal communication skills

* Self-starter who takes initiative and actively contributes

* Finger-on-the-pulse of the competitive landscape (retail, fashion, branding, social media, etc.)

* Strong analytical skills and clear understanding of financial measurements

* Understanding of all retail marketing channels

* 2-4 years prior work experience within the retail environment

BA/BS in Marketing, Business, Media Communication or related field; MBA a plus
