Full-Time/Part-Time Part-Time Shift Evenings Schedule Monday-Friday, 6pm-12am Description Job Title: Assistant Manager - Commercial CleaningLocation: Novi, MI & Surrounding Areas (Farmington Hills, West Bloomfield, Wixom, Southfield)Schedule: Monday - Friday, 6 PM - 12 AMPay: $17/hour (bi-weekly via direct deposit)Job Type: Part-time (Approx. 30 hours/week)Join Our Team!Are you a motivated and detail-oriented individual with a passion for cleanliness and leadership? We're looking for a Part-Time Assistant Manager to support our growing commercial cleaning team. • Cleaning Coverage - Fill in for absent team members and cover open positions as needed at various locations.
• Training & Support - Assist the Account Manager in training new hires and provide ongoing support to existing staff.
• Quality Inspections - Perform routine building inspections to ensure cleaning standards are met and proactively address any client concerns.

Requirements

• Must be 18 years or older
• Valid Driver's License & Reliable Transportation (Driving required during shifts - paid drive time)
• Pass a Background Check
• Ability to Lift/Pull/Push Up to 50 lbs
• Reliable Attendance & Punctuality are essential
• Occasional Office Meetings in Commerce Twp, MI

Preferred Qualifications

• 1+ Year of Experience in commercial cleaning or a related field (strongly preferred)
• Leadership & Communication Skills - Ability to manage teams and interact with clients professionally
• Strong Organizational Skills - Ability to manage schedules, supplies, and tasks efficiently
• Detail-Oriented Mindset - Commitment to maintaining high cleanliness standards
