Defines and maintains an efficient manufacturing process/production lines and facilities setup in order to produce products that meet customers' requirements. Drives to achieve the departmental and company's goals and objectives.Responsibilities:
  • Develops and implements the maintenance works required for the equipment, facilities and utilities in the plant.
  • Optimizes the usage of facilities, equipment and building spaces.
  • Prevents machines and utilities downtime.
  • Evaluate and carry out improvements for facilities in the plant for higher operational efficiency.
  • Plan and carry out various preventative and corrective works for maintaining building, facilities and utilities in top conditions.
  • Manages, schedules, quality, cost and safety etc. for various projects.
  • To manage EHS programs in the plant.
  • Plans and carries out accident / incident prevention programs.
  • Manages, monitors and ensures that government's laws, rules and regulations on EHS matters and facilities such as fire systems, lift, boiler, hot works, etc. applicable for the company are fully followed and complied.
  • Performs other duties as assigned.
Skills Requirements:
  • 3-5 years of experience in a similar work experience of general works; on buildings and on SMT Electronics Manufacturing.
  • Ability to work in a team environment
  • Ability to concentrate in a busy environment and stay on task
  • Basic knowledge of carpentry, plumbing and electrical fundamentals
  • Proficiency in use of personal computers, Microsoft Office products and e-mail skills required.
Education Requirements: Bachelor's Degree, First Degree, Trade/Vocational School certificate or Equivalent required. Degree in Electronics, Electrical Engineering, Technology, Industrial Engineering or related field preferred.Physical Requirements: Frequently required to stand, reach, bend, sit and/or walk during scheduled shift. Occasionally exert up to 35 lbs. of force to push, pull, lift or otherwise move objects. Must have manual dexterity and visual acuity to safely use necessary tools/equipment. Must have visual acuity to prepare and analyze data and/or to view a computer terminal.
