This role is part of a dynamic team that strives to provide exceptional and innovative HR support to the Este Lauder brand. This opportunity will support a broad range of HR responsibilities across multiple areas including employee relations, talent acquisition, performance management, career development, compensation, compliance and employee programs. **KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:**

* In partnership with team, evaluate Human Resources processes, procedures, and policies and proactively recommend approaches to effect continual improvements in the efficiency of the department and services performed

* Serve as lead HR contact for select employee population providing guidance and support with performance management, talent/career development, employee relations

* Foster a culture that values diversity and inclusion and that demonstrates fair and consistent management practices. In partnership with team, co-lead and drive ID&E strategy and initiatives for the brand

* Partner on hiring and development and advancement of brand employees; this includes working with hiring managers and Talent Acquisition to fill open positions, onboard new hires and build strong internal and external pipelines. Participate in the Talent Review processes to identify succession plans and develop action plans to address gaps. Partner with managers on successful career coaching in order to drive high performance

* Be a data champion. With oversight of Director, analyze and leverage data to ideate and implement initiatives around employee engagement, rewards, recognition and retention strategies

* Provide assistance and guidance to client group on Human Resources policies and processes by handling inquiries, interpreting and administering Human Resources policies, procedures and programs and help facilitate and resolve work-related problems

* In partnership with Director, project manage and lead annual Performance Management cycle including developing timelines, process and communications, coaching and training employees and managers on process and navigating the performance management system

* With oversight from Director, project manage and co-lead annual Talent Review/Succession planning process

* Take a proactive approach to Employee Relations and make recommendations by providing guidance and coaching to employees and manager, interpreting policy and issuing appropriate resolutions. Create and manage Performance Improvement Plans where required

* Expedite recruitment efforts by working with the hiring manager and Talent Acquisition to prepare job descriptions, job postings, interview process and salary offers

* Be the main contact for Employee Engagement initiatives, with support of HR team. Create metrics and analyze data to track effectiveness of programs and make recommendations to further evolve

* Willingness and openness to support team with ad hoc requests

**Requirements:**

* 3+ years of HR experience

* Delivery of high-quality H.R. service

* Ability to build trust and established relationships with client group

* Must have intellectual curiosity, exceptional follow-up, and excellent attention to detail

* Strong analytical skills

* Proactive and solution oriented

* Learning Agile

* Ability to drive projects forward, strong project management and organizational skills

* Strong written and verbal communication skills

* Experience with process development
