We are currently seeking a dedicated Assistant Community Manager for Hamilton Crossing, a 144-unit family apartment community in Ypsilanti, Michigan. Applicant should be knowledgeable in Microsoft Office programs and OneSite, or comparable residential management software. Desired candidate must be ready to meet all the demands that come with managing residents' needs on a daily basis. Must be comfortable working with vendors and contractors; familiarity working on a property's budget is desired. We are looking for someone with excellent communication skills, the people skills to lead when needed, and reliability in the event of urgent or emergency matters which may occur outside of regular business hours. Real Estate License must be obtained in order to retain employment.
