- Lead the close and forecast processes for Legal and HR Administrative expense spending
- Provides management with accurate business results and analysis to support decision making and spending prioritization
- Assist the Functional Planning team on close and forecast processes for other Functional areas
- Support launch of Anaplan and S4 Hana for US/Corp Admin expenses, including responsibility over Legal, HR, and other Administrative expense spending
- Actively participate in all Elevate (System transformation) training, testing and other requested activities with a receptive and engaged attitude
- Support ad hoc projects on as needed basis
Requirements:
- Bachelors in Finance, Accounting or equivalent
- 7+ years of Finance and Accounting experience
- Very strong in Accounting, assessing proper journal entry that needs to be booked (including supporting documentation)
- SAP Financial Systems experience
- Anaplan experience a plus
- CPA a plus
- Strong Financial Analysis skills
- Strong planning, organizing, communication, collaboration, presentation and influencing skills are essential to succeed in this role
- Effectively lead meetings and communicate key messages to senior leadership
- Strong knowledge of general accounting theory including journal entries and financial statements
- Ability to take personal ownership to ensure timely response to customer needs and work proactively to provide solutions
- Ability to identify and implement ways to streamline and improve effectiveness and efficiency of close and forecast
- Passion for building team engagement
- Strong computer literacy across Microsoft Office suite, including excellent Excel skills
