Assistant Manager

What you'll do
* Delegate duties and supervise facility employees
* Supervise and participate in receiving, processing, and shipping grain commodities
* Maintain an understanding of end-user requirements to ensure the product meets specifications
* Ensure consistent compliance with quality control standards
* Monitor and recommend improvements to increase operating efficiency and profitability
* Keep safety top of mind
What you bring to our team
* At least four years of grain and/or special crops experience
* Good communication and working relationships with your teammates and customers
* The ability to effectively plan and organize employee activities
* The aptitude and physical ability to operate grain processing equipment
* Good eyesight and colour perception
