**Job Summary:** The Assistant Manager is a vital member of the management team and is actively involved and responsible for employee relations, day to day operational management of equipment and staff, resolving customer complaints, as well as ensuring that all company policies and safety procedures are implemented and followed properly.

**You are our qualified candidate if you have:**

* A minimum of 2 years of management experience in a carwash, retail/customer service or equivalent industry.

* High School diploma is required. A bachelors degree or college credit is a plus.

* Valid NY State drivers license.

* Ability to reach and work in awkward positions, move from entrance to exit end without assistance, and move materials from one height to another. Ability to lift or move up to 50 pounds.

* Must be able to work in all related weather conditions.
