Assistant Manager of Safety and Security Operations - Hershey Entertainment & Resorts : Job Details

Supervise, oversee, and execute security operations for an assigned event and/or venue by leading part-time seasonal employees to ensure alignment, consistency, safety, and security of all guests, employees, and physical assets of Hershey Entertainment & Resorts. - Participate in operational planning meetings and provide on-site security support for events occurring at Hersheypark Entertainment Complex venues while acting as the assigned Security Department Duty Representative. - Provide coaching and training for part-time and seasonal employees on their shifts to achieve a higher state of public readiness. Assist in leadership development through providing opportunities for employees to continue to grow and develop while providing recognition and appreciation to our team members. - Oversee and maintain department equipment inventories and ensure all equipment is functioning properly.
