Assistant Milk Harvest Specialist CDL Driver - Leading Dairy Solutions : Job Details

*Job Summary*Position for a field staff person to work with LDS dairy customers.Perform routine analysis of milking equipment:* Wash/CIP setup and analysis/performance/testing* Milking systems setup and performance testingPerform routine scheduled maintenance required on the milking equipment.Delivering the right products to meet the customers needs.* Pipeline wash sanitation products* Udder hygiene products such as teat dips and linersAbility to make appropriate recommendations on equipment and product choices to assist our customers in harvesting the highest quality product.*Qualifications and Skills*Position requires the following skills:* Ability to read, comprehend and write in English.* Ability to lift, push, pull, carry items up to 50 lbs in weight.Ability to stand, stoop, kneel, and bend for prolonged periods of time.* Able to work in demanding physical and inclement weather conditions* CDL with hazmat endorsement is a plus, or be able to obtain one* Basic mechanical and electrical aptitude* Able to take direction and work within a team environment* Comfort working remotely with limited supervisory interaction.Helpful Skills:* Bilingual: English and Spanish* Desire to learn* Computer and software knowledgeExperience not required, will train the right individual.Paid technical training will be provided to qualified candidates.Agricultural or other technical experience is helpful, but not necessary.*Benefits*As a member of the Leading Dairy Solutions team, we offer a competitive hourly wage and a comprehensive benefits plan.
