Job Description :

The responsibilities of a Mobile Service Assistant include speaking to customers, listening to their needs, and scheduling appointments as needed. They will also be responsible for billing and various office support staff responsibilities.

Mobile Service Responsibilities:

  • Speaking with Customers

  • Obtain customer and vehicle information

  • Clearly report all vehicle symptoms as described by the customer

  • Determine and recommend maintenance base on age, mileage and history of vehicle

  • Communicate with Mobile Service Technicians

  • Monitor the progress of each vehicle throughout the day, and update customers frequently

  • Verify that the final invoice reconciles with the work performed on the repair order

  • Explain all completed work and charges to customers

  • Obtain Payment for work completed and schedule any needed follow-up

Mobile Service Assistant Requirements:

  • Previous experience at a Ford dealership is a plus

  • Ability to identify the problem quickly

  • Knowledge of automobiles

  • Proven record of achieving exceptional customer satisfaction

  • Very energetic personality

  • A desire for a long-term career with a growing organization

  • Personal and professional integrity

  • Computer skills and willingness to learn new programs

  • Ability to learn new technology and repair and service procedures and specifications

  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

  • Basic computer skills

  • Positive, friendly attitude

  • High school diploma or equivalent
