Responsibilities:

Job Summary:

The Assistant Office Manager supports the Office Manager in the execution of dental practice daily operations, including schedule management, supporting office morale and a positive work culture, ensuring guest satisfaction, presenting treatment plans and helping guests overcome obstacles to care, and assisting with reporting, quality audits, and other duties as assigned to ensure the smooth and efficient functioning of the practice.

  • Assist Office Manager in day-to-day operations of the dental office
  • Help with patient service issues to ensure guest satisfaction
  • Building office morale to support company culture
  • Creating staff schedules
  • Assisting with Auditing patient accounts to ensure accuracy
  • Helping with treatment plans and assisting guests with overcoming financial obstacles
  • Completing daily and monthly reporting
  • Performing other duties as required to support the office
  • DeNovo Offices: New acquired offices may require travel
Qualifications:

Required Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Minimum of 6 months of management experience in a relevant industry

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Dental industry experience preferred.
  • Welcoming smile and positive attitude
  • Strong communication and customer service skills
  • Leadership skills and the ability to lead by example
  • The desire and ability to connect with and serve guests
  • Ability to multi-task while working in a fast-paced environment
  • DeNovo Offices: Newly acquired offices may require travel
