Job Description :

Local company located in Tucson, AZ is now hiring an Assistant Office Manager.

Pay Rate: $23/hour

Schedule: Varies/ Part-Time

Job Duties:

Administrative support: assist ranch manager with daily operations including scheduling, correspondence, bookkeeping and record keeping.

Source and manage vendors and suppliers in Ag operation

Help manage budgets, track expenses and assist with payroll and invoicing

Help maintain accurate records relating to cattle health, ranch operations and compliance

Event and staff coordination with QuickBooks knowledge

Job Requirements:

Previous experience in either family office, property management, or small business management.

Proficiency with office software such as Microsoft Office and Ranch Management Software

Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Good with adaptability and flexibility as position is based in rural work environment.
