Job Summary:

A Midwest distributor of surgical equipment is seeking an Assistant Office Manager to support office operations and field sales representatives. This role requires an ambitious, detail-oriented, and hands-on individual who enjoys working in a collaborative environment. The ideal candidate will work closely with the Office Manager, internal office staff, and outside sales representatives while also engaging with long-standing clients.

Key Responsibilities:

Support Field Sales Representatives By:

  • Preparing and managing quotations.
  • Ordering and tracking demonstration equipment.
  • Communicating with sales representatives and manufacturers via email and phone to monitor demonstration equipment.

Assist the Office Manager With:

  • Generating and maintaining sales reports.
  • Processing purchase orders.
  • Performing general office administrative tasks as needed.

Qualifications:

  • Strong Excel skills are a plus.
  • Experience with QuickBooks is a plus.
