The Assistant Operation Manager will have oversight of the front office & housekeeping staff. Cash control for front desk agents, staffing needs, and guest services.Opening and assigning tasks to housekeeping staff, as well as assisting with inventory control. Additional responsibilities may include training, staff development and scheduling.
