Motivate is seeking a qualified Assistant Operations Manager to oversee bike repair and maintenance operations and activities for New York's growing bikeshare system on the overnight shift, (current schedule is four days per week, 10-hour shifts). The assistant manager will be responsible for daily oversight, including tracking attendance, productivity, and quality control processes for all bike maintenance.
