Responsibilities
* Oversee the seamless operation of our Restaurant, as a pivotal role in the day-to-day management
* Lead the training and development initiatives for all team members, fostering a culture of continuous improvements
* Work hands-on with the F&B team to drive constant improvement and innovation in service and offerings
* Efficiently manage rosters and payroll costs to optimize operational efficiencies
* Strive for excellence in guest experience scores, ensuring that every visit exceeds expectations
* Implement effective ordering and stock control measures to maintain optimal inventory levels
* Ensure a high level of service excellence to enhance the overall guest experience
* Address guest feedback and concerns promptly and professionally.
* Recruit, train, and supervise restaurant staff, emphasizing the importance of outstanding guest service
* Assist in managing daily restaurant operations, including opening and closing procedures

The salary range for this position is $46,000.00 to $60,000.00.

* A passion for F&B and pride in ensuring a high level of guest satisfaction
* Previous experience in restaurant management, preferably within a hotel setting
* Knowledge of food and beverage operations, including bar service
* Familiarity with restaurant management software and hotel property management systems
* Ability to work under pressure and adapt to changing guest demands
* Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required
