Assistant Photographer [76870] - Onward Search : Job Details

**Must have Real Estate Photography experience

**Must be able to work 40 hours a week (Monday-Friday)

**Must have a Valid Driver's license

Associate Photographers are the talented and versatile team responsible for the media collection. Equipped with a top-of-the-line Pro 3 Matterport, digital camera equipment, and iPad, our Associate Photographers create virtual tours, floor plans, and photography for residential homes. Each Associate Photographer is given a core territory in which they are responsible for servicing clients.

Responsibilities:

• Create a portfolio of photographs to best feature homes and apartments, utilizing photography techniques to capture the spaces in the most pleasing way possible.
• Work closely with scheduling and dispatch teams to maximize appointments and meet our client's demands.
• Professionally communicate with clients, sales, researcher partners, and management to strategically evaluate priorities, initiatives, and tasks.
• Support marketing efforts on our industry-leading marketplaces by capturing beautiful 3-D virtual tours and footprints
• Identify new inventory, missing availability, and commercial properties to be photographed.
• Participate in conference calls with sales and research teams as needed.

Qualifications:

• At least 2 years of professional experience.
• Real Estate Photography experience required.
• Need to be Drone certified
• Experience working as a professional photographer, or a recently earned degree in photography.
• Strong time management skills and very detail-oriented.
• Capability to accurately capture and enter data.
• Excellent communication (oral and written) and organizational skills.
• Knowledge of Windows, Apple OS, Microsoft Office, and Internet applications.
• Enjoys working independently in a fast-paced environment.
• Field experience preferred.
• Candidates must possess a current and valid driver's license.
