Position Summary:

A manufacturer of metal alloys for various industrial applications is looking to hire an Assistant Plant Manager. In this role you will provide leadership across multiple departments, ensuring safety, managing budgets, and maintaining productivity in a dynamic manufacturing environment.

The Assistant Plant Manager will have the following responsibilities:

• Provide strong leadership and analyze operational data to drive process improvements.
• Adhere to all safety regulations and work practices to ensure a safe environment for all stakeholders.
• Support the Plant Manager in driving departmental goals, ensuring they are aligned with corporate objectives.
• Manage departmental budgets and control costs.
• Promote and maintain high-quality standards and productivity levels.

The Assistant Plant Manager should have the following qualifications:

• A Bachelor's Degree and at least 10 years of management experience in heavy industrial manufacturing are required.
• Experience in a union facility, foundry, or rolling mill is preferred, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
