**Salary Range or Pay Grade**
$160,201 - $235,200 a year
**Description**
The Center for Primary Care, a division of the University of Rochester, is recruiting for a physician to provide primary care services in a community-based practice setting in Wyoming County.
Join a vibrant network of Primary Care providers who are practicing in a patient centered medical home model. This practice location is currently using the EPIC electronic medical records system and training will be provided.
Candidates applying to this position will be asked to secure an individual DEA and will be required to complete a post-offer health assessment and drug test and at the University's Employee Health & Occupational Medicine site in Rochester, NY.
**Qualifications**
- Must Possess an MD or equivalent
- Must obtain NYS Medical licensure prior to start
- Eligible for a Faculty Appointment at the University of Rochester School of Medicine and Dentistry
- Board Certified or Board Eligible
- Post offer Drug Screen and Health Assessment required
- Compliance with University and New York State health requirements

The referenced pay range represents the University's good faith and reasonable estimate of the base range of compensation for this faculty position. Individual salaries will be determined within the job's salary range and established based on (but not limited to) market data, experience and expertise of the individual, and with consideration to related position salaries.
