Assistant Professor of Mathematics - Arkansas Tech University : Job Details

The Department of Mathematics and Statistics invites applications for the position of a 9-month tenure track Assistant Professor of Statistics. The position carries a teaching load of 12 credit hours of lower and upper division classes in mathematics and statistics per semester, performing scholarly activities and research with undergraduate students, and serving the department, institution and the community, as assigned by the department head. The department currently consists of fifteen faculty members and twelve instructors. Candidates must have at least masters degree in mathematics by the time of appointment on August 2025. Applicants must demonstrate a commitment to teaching excellence and student interaction through advising and student organizations.
