Salary Range: $94,020.00 - $125,360.00 per year Objective: Insight Global is seeking several Assistant Project Managers to support the Project Manager in building and maintaining positive client relationships and aims to achieve the project schedule, budget, and quality requirements. This is a full-time, in-person position. APM role is predominantly office-based, with a focus on administrative tasks. The APM role is more client-facing than the Superintendent role and involves reporting to managers while conveying project status to clients. Responsibilities: - Participate in or lead project-specific marketing, proposal preparation, and presentations for successful project selection. - Develop and manage the project execution plan. - Oversee all project activities, including scope, schedule, cost, cash flow, quality, communications, coordination, manpower, procurement, and risk elements. - Establish a contractor-client liaison network to keep interested parties informed of project planning, start dates, work progress, and budget updates. - Conduct regularly scheduled project progress meetings to review team performance and ensure client expectations are met. - New York City Agency experience is a plus. - Bachelors degree in building construction, engineering, architecture, facilities management, or a related field. - 8 years of full-time experience as a technical specialist in construction and design-related fields, or a satisfactory combination of education and experience. - At least 4 years of experience managing all phases of construction work on multiple contracts. - Exceptional technical and project management skills related to planning, design, and construction processes. - Ability to achieve project objectives and manage competing demands on multiple client projects simultaneously. - Strong problem-solving skills and comfort in handling challenges independently. - Proficiency in managing meetings, presenting data, and participating in interviews.
