Job Overview: As the Administrative Project Manager / Assistant Estimator, you are going to play an important part in helping us be the best site development company. As a member of our team, you will contribute to the overall success of Ryatt Construction by assisting the General Manager and Project Managers with day to day activities related to our site development services. You will work closely with the General Manager to help with pre-construction, construction, and project closeouts.

Responsibilities and Duties:

* Downloads and organizes plans and contract documents to prepare proposal packages

* Create new customer profiles in our estimating software

* Prepare new job estimates

* Update bid tracking document daily

* Manage and call in blue-stakes / locates

* Apply for all necessary permits related to the site work

* Assists in organizing schedule of work to maximize efficiency

* Order materials for jobsite

* Project folder prep and completeness tracking

* Time tracking management for all employees and daily approval

* Inspection requests for pre-construction and project close-outs

* Communicates with PM's to monitor scope changes to ensure change orders are processed

* Maintenance tracking for all equipment and trucks

* Assists safety department with inventory of PPE

* Help with updating and creating content for our social media

Qualifications:

* Must have interpersonal, organization, problem solving, and planning skills

* Demonstrates leadership, integrity, quality, and teamwork

* A keen eye for detail and an understanding of basic construction processes

* Proficiency with Google Suite (Google Drive, Docs, Sheets, etc.)

* Mathematical skills sufficient to calculate import, export, cut, fill, etc. for proposals

* A quick learner with the ability to multitask proficiently and streamline processes

* Ability to work independently and with a team to meet deadlines

* Excellent project management and time management skills
