Responsibilities:

  • Assist the Project Manager in overseeing all phases of residential construction projects, ensuring adherence to timelines, budgets, and quality standards.
  • Coordinate with subcontractors, vendors, and suppliers to ensure seamless project execution.
  • Conduct regular site visits and inspections to monitor progress and address any issues or concerns promptly.
  • Collaborate with the design and architecture teams to ensure that project specifications are met and that the highest level of craftsmanship is maintained throughout the construction process.
  • Prepare and maintain comprehensive project documentation, including contracts, change orders, and progress reports.
  • Communicate effectively with clients, providing regular updates on project milestones, budgetary considerations, and any modifications to the original plans.

Requirements:

  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in a project management role within the high-end residential construction sector.
  • Demonstrated experience managing and completing projects in San Francisco and/or the peninsula.
  • Proven ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Strong knowledge of construction processes, building codes, and industry best practices.
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficiency in project management software and tools.
  • Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Architecture, or a related field is preferred.
