Job Description- Assist Construction Manager with daily project and maintenance activities while leading team to ensure projects progress on schedule and within prescribed budget, with quality workmanship.
- Job start-up items including billing and labor breakdowns, preliminary job scheduling and establishing equipment needs.
- Monitor the submittal process to assure that it coincides with project requirements.
- Assist with project scheduling including manpower forces, subcontractors, and expediting equipment and material deliveries, etc.
- Coordinate subcontractors and purchase orders.
- Monitor productivity and job performance including reviewing labor reports with project foremen.
- Handling all project correspondence, including change orders and proper documentation.
- Assist with the development of project estimates and work packages.
- Prepare project status reports, including updated cost projections and schedules for project review and input to marketing, estimating, sales, management and customer.
- Ensure project communication with Construction Manager, subcontractors, vendors, superintendents, etc.
- Assemble all documentation and reporting on a monthly basis as directed by contractual requirements.
- Attend monthly work-in progress meeting with corporate management to review financial status of project along with miscellaneous problems encountered on the project.
- Other duties as assigned.

The Successful Applicant- Bachelor's Degree in Construction Management or Engineering preferred.
- Detail-oriented, strong problem solving and analytical skills in evaluating situations.
- Ability to adapt to changing demands and priorities.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office, including MS Project, and/or P6 scheduling software.
- Candidates with relevant experience in Refinery work preferred.
What's on Offer- Base salary of $80,000-$100,000 depending on experience
