They are currently looking for an Assistant Construction Manager to join the CM as Agent side of their business and work on public school projects - initially in Putnam Valley and then throughout the Hudson Valley.
They are looking for someone to assist with the administrative and site functions (document control, submittals, payment applications, daily reports, site walkthroughs, meeting minutes etc.) of multiple concurrent school district capital projects.
They are looking for candidates with 1-3 years' experience in construction management, engineering or architecture - and a 4-year degree in one of those disciplines. Experience in public school projects is strongly preferred, with general public agency project experience also preferred to private sector experience.
