Assistant Project Manager - GPAC : Job Details

Job DescriptionWe are a leading residential construction company dedicated to delivering high-quality projects with a focus on client satisfaction. We are seeking a motivated and reliable individual to join our team as an Assistant Project Manager. Position: Assistant Project Manager Key Responsibilities:

• Assist the Project Manager with various tasks, including:
  • Bidding on projects
  • Conducting site visits and assessments
  • Ordering materials
  • Handling permit applications and coordination
  • Procuring materials for the foreman
• Travel to different project sites (up to 150 miles) in a company vehicle, typically one day per week
• Perform any and all tasks requested by the Project Manager

Qualifications:

• Recent high school graduate (up to 2 years out) looking to start a career in construction project management
• No prior estimating experience required; on-the-job training will be provided
• Strong work ethic, good attendance record, and a willingness to handle various tasks
• Valid Pennsylvania (PA) Driver's License
• Ability to pass PA State Police, FBI Fingerprint, and Child Abuse clearances, (company will cover the costs)
