Assistant Project Manager (Plant City) - Synerfac : Job Details

Description:We are currently seeking a Project Engineer to join our local operations team. As a Project Engineer, you will play a crucial role in supporting the Project Manager in various tasks related to project specifications, procedures, and administrative duties. This is a full-time position, and on-the-job training will be provided.Essential Job Duties and Responsibilities:**Serve as a resource for project specifications, procedures, and relevant portions of the contract.**Process and distribute reports and other administrative documents.**Respond to subcontractor inquiries regarding project schedule, quantities, and billing.**Prepare, review, and submit project submittals.**Prepare and distribute daily reports.**Track completed quantities and assist the Project Manager with cost controls.**Attend weekly meetings and track/update CPM schedule progress.**Perform other duties as assigned.Job RequirementsEducation and Requirements:**Bachelor s degree in Civil Engineering or Construction Management required.**Proficiency in MS Office, Scheduling, Adobe, or Bluebeam software.**Must meet company MVR requirements and possess a valid Florida driver s license.
