Our brick and mortar are our people.Compensation: $21 to $23 per hourOverviewOrchard Park is looking for an Assistant Property Manager with financial experience.Making a career change or taking on a new role is a big decision. Here are some of the perks RAM has to offer:Competitive compensation which includes bonuses outlined by the property commission structure.15 days of paid time off per year (prorated based on your start date)9 paid holidays and 1 floating holiday per yearMedical, dental and vision insurance401k with employer matchCompany paid life insuranceCompany paid short term and long-term disability after 1 year of serviceResponsibilitiesComplete daily transactions and tasks related to the financial operation of the community by collecting and posting rent, fees, and other payments, preparing deposits and financial reports.Review and submit invoices from vendors and service providers for payment.Review resident files and accounting records, communicate with residents regarding outstanding balances, and implement procedures for collecting on delinquencies.Process resident move-outs by reviewing lease terms and notice requirements.Follow up on service requests with the maintenance team and ensure resident requests have been completed.Generate interest - brag about your community's unique features and benefits - and highlight what sets it apart from the competition.Promote resident satisfaction by serving as a resource for residents to express their concerns and assist with resolution.Act as the onsite supervisor in the absence of the Property Manager.QualificationsHigh School Diploma or equivalent; college degree is a plus.Valid Driver's license is required.Excellent verbal and written communication skills.Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel).Industry software experience (YARDI, OnSite, etc.).Able to multitask and meet deadlines in a timely manner.Willing to work a flexible schedule including weekends.Legal authorization to work in the United States.RAM Partners, LLC is an equal opportunity employer, and we're proud to support and celebrate diversity in the workplace.
