Crown Field Services is Hiring! We are a growing property management and home renovation management company. We are seeking an assistant property manager who will be based in our office in Brooklyn, NY.

Our ideal candidate will oversee multiple projects simultaneously. They will be working closely with a team to ensure all jobs are completed on time and meeting quality standards. A successful manager has the ability to negotiate, build lasting working relationships and troubleshoot issues. This position is available immediately for the right candidate. Responsibilities:

• Oversee the completion of multiple construction projects while meeting company quality standards.
• Initiate and maintain relationships with contractors and construction professionals.
• Price out construction jobs.
• Follow up on the timelines.
• Approving payments.

Requirements:

• Must be comfortable cold calling.
• Knowledge of construction or home renovation projects.
