Key Responsibilities
  • Assist with packaging and shipping product samples, including labeling and documentation for FedEx and UPS shipments.
  • Ensure compliance with USDA, OSHA, GMP, HACCP, and company safety regulations.
  • Maintain professionalism and collaborate effectively with team members to achieve departmental goals.
  • Perform additional duties as assigned.
Qualifications
  • High school diploma or GED.
  • Minimum of three months' experience in a food manufacturing environment.
  • Proficiency in basic math skills and computer applications, including email, word processing, and spreadsheets.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Physical Requirements
  • Ability to lift/move up to 35 pounds regularly and up to 50 pounds occasionally.
  • Regularly required to stand, walk, reach, and occasionally taste or smell products.
  • Exposure to varying temperatures, noise levels, and mechanical parts.
Work EnvironmentThis role involves working in conditions that may be wet, humid, hot, cold, and occasionally high or noisy.
