Coborn's, Inc. is a fast-growing employee-owned grocery retailer located in the Midwest. Our grocery store formats include Coborn's, Cash Wise, Marketplace Foods, Hornbacher's, Tadychs Marketplace Foods, and Sullivans Foods and we offer unique online grocery home delivery services through our CobornsDelivers and Cash Wise Delivers locations.

Coborn's, Inc. also owns and operates liquor stores under the Coborn's Liquor, Cash Wise Liquor, Andys Liquor and Captain Jack's brands. Additionally, our fuel and convenience division, pharmacy, in-house grocery warehouse and distribution center, in-house Central Bakery, in-house Fresh Foods Commissary, and Tops Cleaners are significant assets to our operations. We also have a handful of other retail entities in the markets where the fit is right: Little Dukes, Ace Hardware, Country Floral Gifts & Greenhouse, Caribou Coffee, Dunn Bros Coffee, Erbert and Gerbert's, Godfather's Pizza, and Pet Supplies Plus.

Coborn's Marketplace in Buffalo, Minnesota is on the search for a full-time Assistant Store Director!

The Assistant Store Director is responsible for all aspects of the stores operations.

The primary focus is to partner with the Store Director to organize and direct store activities and ensure store sales, profit, expense, and guest service goals are met. You will inspire your team to be remarkable by providing the tools they need to succeed, set standards and expectations by way of example; creating an environment that is both market competitive and profitable by executing Coborns, Inc. vision, mission, and values. Ensure proper execution of Coborns, Inc. vision, mission, and values along with programs and policies related to operations, guest service, merchandising, health/safety, and strengthening training/development.

• Must be at least 18 years of age;
• Previous retail management experience preferred
