JOB SUMMARY
- Increase sales by providing exceptional guest service in the Company Store, consistent with division standards.
- Oversee sales floor by ensuring store meets cleanliness and visual merchandising standards, Store Associates are appropriately zoned and taking breaks as scheduled.
- Utilize G.U.E.S.T. guidelines and training resources to educate team on product, improve selling skills and achieve business goals.
- Ensure accurate transactions utilizing effective and consistent processes at the cash wrap.
- Assist with operational activities (e.g., ordering, receiving, opening and closing, cycle counts, inventory and floor moves).
- Provide Company Store Manager with input on store associates' work performance by supervising, delegating, and coaching store staff.
- Ensure a high level of service and motivation by assisting with development and training of staff.

- 3-5 years retail experience with at least 2 year supervisory experience.
- Ability to work evenings, weekends and holidays. Attendance is critical.
- Strong organizational and communication skills (verbal and written).
- Computer literate (Microsoft office preferred).
- Must be able to lift and carry up to 50 lbs. on occasion, stand several hours a day and climb ladders, bend, reach, squat, kneel, twist, push and pull and perform repetitive motions.
- Assistance with new store openings and staff coverage in other stores as needed.
- May be required to work in excess of 40 per weeks periodically and attend meetings or training sessions outside normal work schedule.
