Facilitate an exceptional service culture, work to sales goals, and ensure store standards are maintained.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Consistently dazzle and delight your customers
  • Create an atmosphere which encourages customers to explore and discover the most comfortable version of themselves and of their daily life
  • Confidently present products in a way that contributes to our reputation for best-in-class products, product quality, and service
  • Execute all required customer follow up related to quotes and post-sale contact
  • Maintain a meticulously clean, organized, and up-to-date sales floor. Execute merchandising plans based on company guidelines
  • Passionately and aggressively maximize sales. Meet sales and 4-wall profit expectations
  • Provide reporting and tracking as required
  • Focus on and succeed at consistently creating Positive Memorable Customer Experiences
  • Assist Store Manager in day-to-day operations, including coaching and training of new staff
  • Perform all opening and closing duties as required by store policy and retail best practices

PAY CLASS & RANGE:

  • Full Time; Hourly; Non-Exempt
  • $17-20/hr + Commission

BONUS ELIGIBLE:

Requirements

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Top-notch interpersonal skills with a demonstrated ability to quickly establish rapport and develop enduring relationships
  • Self-starter that actively seeks and values feedback
  • Highly motivated with a desire to be successful
  • Fun, passionate and a quick study
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Must be able to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends

MINIMUM KNOWLEDGE & EXPERIENCE

  • Minimum 2 years retail experience; niche market and/or big-ticket sales preferred
  • Proficiency with Google Suite or MS Office Suite preferred
  • Experience with POS/CRM platforms preferred

WORKING CONDITIONS/SAFETY HAZARDS

  • Retail setting
  • Must be able to individually lift 50 lbs and team lift up to 200 lbs
  • Standing for full shifts
