The Assistant Store Manager plays a crucial role in supporting the Store Manager in overseeing daily operations, ensuring exceptional customer service, and driving sales performance. The Assistant Store Manager will also be responsible for inventory management, staff training, and administrative tasks to enhance store efficiency.

Responsibilities- Assist in managing store operations and staff to achieve sales targets and maintain high standards of customer service.- Lead by example, providing guidance and support to team members while fostering a positive work environment.- Oversee inventory management, including stock levels, ordering, and merchandising to ensure product availability.- Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues efficiently, demonstrating excellent customer service skills.- Conduct regular training sessions for staff on product knowledge, sales techniques, and store policies.- Manage shifts effectively, ensuring adequate coverage and smooth transitions between team members.- Maintain accurate administrative records related to sales, inventory, and employee performance.- Utilize time management skills to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced retail environment.- Implement marketing strategies to attract customers and enhance store visibility within the market.
