Assistant Superintendent - OHL North America : Job Details

Direct day-to-day on-site supervision of field labor force Assess manpower and equipment needs with Superintendent Inspection of Contractor or (sub)Contractor operations to ensure compliance with contract Assist in the review and approve subcontractor Payment Applications with Project Manager/ Project Engineer Maintain good relationships with internal and external clients, including representatives of Owner and Architect/ Engineer Assist in developing and maintain site logistics plan with Superintendent, in coordination with Project Manager/ Project Engineer Conduct quality inspections and prepare report Coordinate site testing and inspection efforts with project team and third parties Monitor costs, including labor time and material Communicate and enforce Judlau/ OHLA Safety and Health Management Program Demonstrate commitment to an Injury-Free Environment through personal actions and mentoring others Manage schedules, including preparation of detailed short-term schedules and ensuri...Assistant Superintendent, Project Engineer, Project Manager, Superintendent, Contractor, Operations, Construction
