About Our Client Our client is a Southeastern GC that specializes in multifamily construction. This company has been in business for over 25 years and has developed fantastic relationships with premium developers. They typically handle between 3-4 projects at a time, all in the range of $30-80M. They have a massive pipeline of projects in the Western United States (over $600M!) and they are currently building a great team in Charlotte to support a growing pipeline in the region. With a large project slated to start in early 2022, this client is looking to bring in an Assistant Superintendent to help run the MEP portion of their projects (with a particular emphasis on the Electrical trade) in their growing pipeline as they expand operations in the region! Job Description The successful Assistant Superintendent - MEP Multifamily Focus - Charlotte will:

• Reporting Directly to the Lead Superintendent
• Working Alongside and Communicating Effectively with the Project Management team
• Tracking Daily Reports
• Coordinating Subcontractors (specifically the MEP trades with a particular focus on Electrical)
• Ensuring the Project is Being Completed According to Budget and Schedule

The Successful Applicant The successful Assistant Superintendent - MEP Multifamily Focus - Charlotte will have:

• 8+ years of ground-up Multifamily construction experience (Field Engineer, Assistant Superintendent, Super #2)
• Experience in field supervision, scheduling, quality control and construction of multi-family projects
• Experience with ProCore Construction Software is preferred
• Positive attitude and ability to work well with others

• Base salary contingent on experience, ranging roughly $95,000-120,000
