Providing input for hiring and training new employees; planning, assigning and directing work; providing input for annual performance appraisal; rewarding and disciplining employees in coordination with Store Team Leader; addressing complaints and resolving problems as it relates to assigned operation. QUALIFICATION REQUIREMENTS: To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to demonstrate proficiency in meeting competencies required for position; able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily with or without reasonable accommodations. The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill and/or ability required. EDUCATION AND/ OR EXPERIENCE:High school diploma or GED required, associate's degree preferred.
