Assistant Team Leader - Goodwill : Job Details

Providing input for hiring and training new employees; planning, assigning and directing work; providing input for annual performance appraisal; rewarding and disciplining employees in coordination with Store Team Leader; addressing complaints and resolving problems as it relates to assigned operation.
