Promote a positive academic environment and encourage all athletes to strive for academic excellence. Prepare and execute practice, game plans, and strategies deigned to bring success to the program. Provide moral support and encouragement to students/athletes. Maintain and control the use of uniforms and equipment. Assist with design and implement conditioning programs, in and out of season, for student/athletes. Support the communication protocol, which keeps both parents and student/athletes aware of program status. Support the Head Coach to establish and execute an awards program to recognize team and individual performance excellence.QUALIFICATIONS: High School diploma or GED required. Updated First Aid and CPR training required.
