JOB DESCRIPTION: -Help athletes develop values and morals. -Must teach fundamentals of the sport. -See and analyze athletes' abilities and mistakes. -Provide instruction to correct mistakes that hinder athletic development. -Work with varsity head coach to develop program. -Assist Varsity coach during games and practices -Stimulate sportsmanship. -Develop good team spirit. -Develop leadership characteristics. -Instill self-confidence in athletes. -Adequately communicate with parents, players, and Athletic Director when necessary.
