Duties and Responsibilities:
Required Education: Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university in information technology, computer science, systems engineering, or a related field.
Required Experience: 3-5 years of overall IT experience, including three (3) years of senior/management level experience managing IT operations.
Required Licenses or Certifications: N/A
Preferred Education: Master's degree from an accredited college or institution in Information Technology, Computer Science, Systems Engineering or a related field geared towards education.
Preferred Experience: Experience in a higher education setting with a focus on technology in education, compliance with accreditation regulations, progressive leadership experience, and knowledge of enterprise-wide systems (e.g., Ellucian/Banner).
Additional Skills: Proficient use of MS Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), knowledge of a broad range of informational technology areas, excellent interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills, strong problem-solving and analytical skills, and the ability to work within a culturally diverse environment.
