Location: New York City (Hybrid - 2 days remote, 3 days in office)L'Oréal USA's American Brands Professional Products Division is searching for a highly creative and strategic leader to join our team as Assistant Vice President, Global Brand Creative. In this role, you'll be the driving force behind the visual identity and impactful campaigns for a dynamic portfolio of brands: Redken, Matrix, Biolage, Pureology, Mizani, Pulp Riot, and L'Oreal Technique.In this role, you will:Craft Compelling Visual Stories: Spearhead the development and execution of innovative, 360 advertising campaigns and communication strategies that capture the essence of each brand and resonate across all consumer touchpoints.Be the Brand Guardian: Ensure brand consistency and elevate visual storytelling across all mediums, from captivating product photography and video to engaging social media content.Lead with Creative Vision: Oversee pre-production, production, and post-production for photoshoots and video projects, demonstrating a keen eye for detail, composition, and on-brand aesthetics.Inspire a Team of Creatives: Foster a collaborative and innovative environment, providing guidance and mentorship to a team of talented individuals (Video Creative Director, Video Editor, Art Director, and Project Manager).Collaborate to Drive Results: Partner closely with cross-functional teams (marketing, product development) to translate business objectives into inspiring creative briefs that achieve measurable results.Stay Ahead of the Curve: Continuously research and analyze industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in visual communication to bring fresh, innovative ideas to life.You are:A Proven Creative Leader: You have a Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (Fine Arts, Marketing, etc.) and 8+ years of experience in creative direction, preferably within the beauty or luxury goods industry, with a strong portfolio to showcase your successes.A Strategic Thinker: You can effectively translate brand values and marketing objectives into impactful visual campaigns that resonate with target audiences.A Team Player: You thrive in collaborative environments and have a proven ability to inspire and motivate teams to achieve outstanding creative work.A Communication Master: You can articulate creative ideas clearly and persuasively, building consensus and buy-in from stakeholders at all levels.A Trendsetter: You have your finger on the pulse of visual communication trends, emerging technologies, and best practices, always seeking innovative ways to elevate brands.We offer a competitive salary and benefits package.
