Job DescriptionJob Title: Associate Manager, Global Brand Marketing Job Description: The Associate Manager, Global Brand Marketing will support the Brand Marketing Manager in developing global brand strategies and creating marketing plans and assets for regional teams. This role requires close collaboration with cross-functional partners to drive planning and asset development across various platforms and initiatives. Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist in setting global brand strategy and contribute to marketing plans.
  • Develop marketing assets for regional teams to implement locally.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and effective execution.
  • Support the development of marketing campaigns across multiple platforms.
  • Analyze consumer data and insights to inform marketing strategies.
  • Manage timelines and ensure marketing initiatives are delivered on schedule.
Minimum Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
  • 3-5 years of experience in Marketing or Business (2 years with an MBA).
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Experience in consumer or brand management.
  • Strong financial and analytical skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to work independently.
  • Strong time management, planning, and project execution skills.
  • Ability to adapt in a fast-paced and constantly changing environment.
  • Proven ability to work effectively in a team, lead cross-functional collaborations, and represent brand perspectives.
  • Proficient in Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
