Compensation: Base Salary, Car Allowance, and Uncapped Commissions

Expected Compensation Range: $46,500 - $70,000 plus uncapped commission

What You'll Do:

• Client Engagement: Communicate effectively and build strong relationships with clients.
• Recruitment: Identify, source, and engage potential candidates on your team to fulfill client needs. Conduct outreach and assess leads to ensure a robust candidate pipeline.
• Team Leadership: Supervise and inspire a diverse group of employees, ensuring efficient service delivery.
• Availability: Be responsive and flexible to client needs, including early mornings and occasional weekends.
• On-Site Assessment: Visit project sites to assess client needs and ensure you have an efficient workforce on site.
• Bilingual Skills: Utilize your bilingual abilities in Spanish to connect with a diverse client and employee base.
